1. Holiday Pops!

Where: Johnny Mercer Theater

One of the all-time favorites, Holiday Pops! is an event you surely would not want to miss. Featuring the Savannah Philharmonic Orchestra and Chorus as well as soloists and special guests, this one-hour fun-filled concert is a great time to spend the season's magic, joy, and warmth with friends and family. Celebrate this season of joy, love, and peace with beautiful music from the Savannah Children's Choir and ATC Gold Medalist Julie Benko as the concert's featured soloist. 2. Jazz at The Beach Benefit Concert

When: December 10, 2017
Where: The Beach Institute African-American Cultural Center
                  502 East Harris Street, Savannah, GA 31401

Come and join The Beach Institute African-American Cultural Center in an annual Jazz at the Beach benefit concert where you can enjoy music from legendary Jazz Greats: Trombonist Teddy Adams and the Three Divas (Claire Frazier, Gine Rene and Huxsie Scott). Ticket is inclusive of heavy hors d'oeuvres, wine and open cocktail bar. Proceeds shall be for the benefit of the educational programming of the King-Tisdell Cottage Foundation Inc and the historic properties managed by the foundation: the King-Tisdell Cottage and The Beach Institute African-American Cultural Center. While the event is highly suitable for adults and teens, it may not have the same appeal to small children. Attendees are recommended to come in cocktail attire. Ladies can wear non-formal attire after 5 p.m. such as dresses, skirts, or classy pantsuits. Gentlemen can wear slacks and blazers. Sneakers or casual recreation-wear are not allowed. 3. Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl - Savannah

Come and crawl on with us in our first annual Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl! Join in on the fun and get that Goodwill sweater, find those tacky holiday pants, and be ready for a jingle bell ROCK! Ticket shall include: Signature Ugly Sweater T-shirt; Signature Ugly Sweater themed Koozie and Santa Hat; Registration party to kick off the crawl; Exclusive Drink and Food specials at participating bars; Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl Lanyard for bar and giveaway access; Holiday music rocking at each participating bar; Hundreds of crawlers dressed in the ugliest holiday gear; and More giveaways for everyone! 4. Coastal Pet Rescue's Holiday Potluck

When: December 10, 2017
Where: Camp Pawsawhile Retreat

Join us as we celebrate all that we've accomplished as a team in our 2nd annual Holiday Potluck! Everyone is encouraged to bring an item to share. We're also doing the Secret Santa again this year. Whether you're coming to the party or not, you can participate by simply placing your gifts under the tree in the meet and greet room come party time. 5. Skatefest

When: December 9, 2017 - January 1, 2018
Where: Savannah Civic Center

This annual ice skating event is sure to bring endless family fun on ice and it's all happening this holiday season at the Savannah Civic Center. Everyone will have the opportunity to zip around the festive indoor ice rink. Get your individual skating and Skatefest Punch passes that are available for purchase ($8-$40) at the Savannah Civic Center. Note that times may vary and that the center is closed on Dec. 24 and 25 for Christmas.


6. Free Family Day: I Have Marks To Make

When: December 9
Where: Telfair Museums Jepson Center
                 207 W. York St., Savannah, 31401

In this annual exhibition called "I Have Marks To Make," you can enjoy hands-on activities at the event's opening celebration and festival. Get to know more about artistic empowerment and wake up your senses through art using a different material. Indeed, art is for everyone and art can play a healing role in our lives. Featured in the exhibition are works of participants in all ages ranging from Telfair's outreach to local organizations and the community. 7. JT Lewis

Have an unforgettable night of fun and music at the SaddleBags as JT Lewis performs his popular hits. Born and raised in the capital of Cajun Country, Baton Rouge, Louisiana before settling at Nashville, Tennessee, JT Lewis has been singing and playing the guitar since the age of 13. From a young age, he toured regionally and did more than 100 shows in 2017. Currently touring with Logan Mize, JT Lewis has shared the stage with various artists that include Fordie Hayes, The Hangin' Cowboys, Billy Dawson, Tim Nowell, Jared Daniels, Angaleena Presley from the Pistol Annies, Chris Bandi, and Charles Esten from the TV show Nashville.


8. After Party with DJ Serendipity

When: December 9, 2017
Where: The Wormhole Neighborhood Pub & Music Venue, 2307 Bull St, Savannah, GA 31401

When the show ends, the party begins! Come and dance at this after party event hosted by DJ Serendipity. Groove to the best dance tunes including house, salsa, 80s remix, and whatever the crowd wants. This after party event starts whenever a scheduled concert or show is over which is usually around midnight-ish. But what if there's no concert scheduled? No worries as the dance party continue albeit at an earlier time slot. Only those who are 18 and older are invited.


9. Botnek At Elan

When: December 9 at 9 PM - 3 AM
Where: Elan Savannah
                301 Williamson St, Savannah, Georgia 31401

Enjoy a fun night with the international duo BOTNEK as they take over Elan! Tag along your friends and be part of the show that's finally happening after the duo missed it the last time due to the hurricane. Now, BOTNEK is bringing their own storm of heavy bass lines in this one night of sheer joy and awesomeness!


10. Uncommon Collective: Inspiring Measures

When: December 9, 2017
Where: Unitarian Universalist Church
                311 East Harris Street, Savannah, GA 31401

An incredibly popular event, the Uncommon Collective gears up to bring us a one-of-a-kind presentation of pop, show, and holiday music. Set to conquer the stage is a huge lineup of artists that include vocalists Trea Gurley and JJ Collins; bassist Marc Chesanow; mandolinist Corey Chambers; guitarist Bill Smith; and harpist Kristin King. Get your tickets early as space is limited. Admission cost is $20 and is available at the door as well as online. Guests should be aged 13 and above. There will be a wine reception following the event.
